Hotels and Block Booking option

To facilitate the stay of event participants, a block booking has been arranged with various hotels in the vicinity of the venue hosting the event.

The purpose of this block booking is to secure rooms at a price agreed upon specifically for this event.

The block booking is valid until October 31, 2025.

HOW TO BOOK

1. Consult the list of hotels and choose one,

2. Send an email to the hotel to proceed with the booking, indicating: 

• room type,
• length of stay,
• the following code: AEOLUS2026.
• put in cc: events.organisation@esa.int 

In order to take advantage of the agreement, you must proceed by email, specifying the above code.
